Here’s the short  speakgreen film. The speakgreen project is part of the Cape Farewell Education work and a continuation of some of the successful things young people did on the two Cape Farewell Youth Expeditions to the Arctic. This pilot project took place in 5 Lincolnshire schools in 2011 and was funded by The Mighty Creatives  in Leicester.

Becoming Outstanding is an interactive learning experience based on the TV series From Good To Outstanding, which gives teachers the opportunity to explore what outstanding teaching and learning looks like, and assess themselves against seven key features.

Mick Waters, Ex-Head of the QCA, celebrates moments of inspired learning captured in five video clips made by children and teachers. He invites viewers to send in their own ‘inspiring’ clips. One such clip is taken from a film made with professional help at Graisley Primary School in Wolverhampton, a documentary of a term long schools project ‘igniting learning’. Mick talks about the power of each clip and suggests how teachers might use similar inspiring approaches in their own schools.
